Terms of Service

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Pay all fees, duties, and charges as agreed
• Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or prohibited items
• Maintain valid identification and business licenses where required
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation

4.1 Service Fees: All fees will be clearly quoted before service commencement. Quotes include our service fees but may be subject to change if additional services are required.

4.2 Government Fees: MRA customs duties, port charges, and other government fees are separate and will be charged as per official rates. We provide accurate estimates but actual costs are determined by government authorities.

4.3 Payment Terms: Payment is typically required as follows:

• 50% deposit upon service confirmation
• Balance before final delivery or release of goods
• MRA duties and port fees are payable as incurred

4.4 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and cash payments at our office.

While we strive to provide accurate timeline estimates:

• Estimated timelines are not guarantees and may vary
• Delays caused by customs authorities, port congestion, weather, or force majeure are beyond our control
• We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation from clients
• We will keep you informed of any significant delays

6.1 Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to our service fees paid by you. We are not liable for:

• Vehicle or cargo damage during shipping (before we take custody)
• Loss or damage due to force majeure, riots, or natural disasters
• Losses due to incorrect information provided by clients
• Government fee increases or policy changes
• Delays caused by third parties or government agencies

6.2 Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance for goods in our custody. Clients are responsible for arranging their own comprehensive insurance for high-value items.

8.1 Cancellation by Client: If you cancel after work has commenced, fees for work completed are non-refundable. Third-party costs already incurred are also non-refundable.

8.2 Cancellation by Us: We may cancel services if you fail to provide required documents, make payments, or violate these terms. Deposits may be forfeited.

8.3 Refunds: Refunds are issued only for services not yet rendered, minus any administrative fees and third-party costs incurred.

10.1 Negotiation: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

10.2 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Malawi courts.
